Ayushman Bharat Vaya Vandana Card for senior citizens above 70 years of age

Latest News :- The Central Government has recently launched Ayushman Insurance Scheme to benefit senior citizens aged 70 years and above. It has been told that till now 5 lakh people have registered their details on the website for this insurance card. Maximum 1.66 lakh senior citizens have applied for Ayushman Insurance Card from the state of Madhya Pradesh. Next is Kerala. 1.28 lakh people have applied for insurance card from this state. After these states, 69,044 people from Uttar Pradesh and 25,491 people from Gujarat have expressed interest in joining the Ayushman Bharat scheme.

The National Health Commission, which implements the scheme, said, “The Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, named Ayushman Bharat, was expanded two weeks ago to cover all senior citizens above 70 years of age in the country, regardless of income. Was done for. So far 5 lakh people have applied for insurance cards under this scheme. In this situation, 4.69 lakh applications have been allowed. It is noteworthy that before the expansion of this scheme, Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana was available only to poor families and some sections of workers.
