Online application process for Ayushman card

Step 1: First of all Ayushman Bharat Beneficiary Go to the portal and Beneficiary Click on Options.

Step 2: Now enter your Aadhaar registered mobile number and captcha code.

Step 3: Generate OTP Click on and enter the OTP received on mobile.

Step 4: Select your state and district on the next page.

Step 5: Now check your eligibility through Aadhaar number. Here you will see the status of the family and card.

Step 6: If the card status Not Generated If it appears Apply Now Click on.

Step 7: After this fill the name, date of birth and family related information. Also upload the scanned copy of Aadhar Card, Ration Card or other required documents.

Step 8: Finally OTP will come on the mobile number linked to Aadhaar. Verify your identity by entering the OTP, review the details and submit the application.

After completion of the application and verification, your Ayushman card will be issued. Through this, you can get cashless treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in listed government and private hospitals across the country.
