With the help of ‘Ayushman Sarathi’ WhatsApp chatbot, you can do all the work of Ayushman scheme sitting at home in a jiffy. Through this, facilities like creating a new card, downloading it, doing eKYC, linking Aadhaar and making ‘Ayushman Vayo Vandana Card’ for senior citizens above 70 years of age are available directly on your mobile. The main objective of the government is to eliminate people’s dependence on government offices and call centers so that the entire work can be done immediately with complete transparency. Also, with this chatbot, patients can view old treatment records, find nearby hospitals and get their complaints resolved immediately by giving direct feedback.

How to create Ayushman card on WhatsApp?

• Save Ayushman Chatbot number +91 72908 23838 in your mobile.
• After saving the number, open WhatsApp on it and send a message by writing ‘Hi’.
• After this the chatbot will send you some options, out of which you have to choose the option of ‘Create Ayushman Card’.
• Then you will have to type important information like your mobile number and Aadhar card there.
• An OTP will come on your phone, enter it and complete your eKYC process.
• As soon as you do all this, your Ayushman card will be ready and you will be able to download it immediately from there.
