Telugu superstar Prabhas has become the centre of marriage rumours once again after a cryptic post by trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan set social media abuzz. Taking to his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle, Vijayabalan simply wrote “Prabhas” accompanied by a wedding and bride emoji, leaving fans speculating about the actor’s personal life.
While the post did not clarify its intent, netizens quickly jumped to conclusions. One fan responded, “Is it confirmed? #Prabhas ,” while another excitedly wrote, “Finally! Congrats Prabhas sir.” Many wondered about the identity of the “lucky woman,” with some speculating if he would marry his “Baahubali” co-star Anushka Shetty.
This isn’t the first time Prabhas has faced wedding rumours. In 2022, a similar buzz erupted when the actor shared a cryptic social media post hinting at “someone special.” However, Prabhas later addressed the speculation during the “Kalki 2898 AD” event in Hyderabad, denying any wedding plans. “I am not getting married soon because I don’t want to hurt the feelings of my female fans,” he clarified.
The Kriti Sanon Dating Rumors
Prabhas has often been linked with his co-stars, fueling media speculation. In 2023, he was rumoured to be dating Adipurush co-star Kriti Sanon after Varun Dhawan, Kriti’s Bhediya co-star, made a playful comment on a reality show. Dhawan had remarked, “Kriti Sanon isn’t on the list because her name is written on someone else’s heart,” leaving fans to connect the dots.
However, Kriti quickly shut down the rumours with a statement. “It’s neither pyaar (love) nor PR… our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter led to some howl-arious rumors,” she said, referring to Dhawan’s comment. She further added, “Before some portal announces my wedding date – let me burst your bubble. The rumors are ABSOLUTELY baseless!”
For now, fans remain eager to know if Prabhas is truly planning to settle down or if the latest buzz is just another case of wishful thinking. As of now, the actor has not made any official statement regarding the ongoing speculation.
