Can reusing hot oil be harmful to health? Learn easy tips from Baba Ramdev
Baba Ramdev Health Tips: Our health is directly related to the kitchen. What we eat and drink makes our body strong or weak. Diseases quickly spread due to wrong eating habits. Therefore, if we want to live a healthy life, then it is necessary to change some daily habits. You must have seen that Puri, Kachori or Pakodas are often made in Indian homes. Many people save the remaining oil in the pan after deep frying. Later the same oil is used again. But the question is whether this habit is good for health or not? Let us know about this from Baba Ramdev.
What did Baba Ramdev say?
Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has shared his opinion on this subject. He told in a video on social media that nowadays people are deceiving themselves in the name of junk food. The oil used in food items available in the market is burnt repeatedly. It contains more saturated fat, which is harmful for the body.
Should Puri oil be reused?
According to Baba Ramdev, while making puri, only limited amount of oil should be put in the pan. After frying the last puri, when the oil is almost gone and about 80 to 90 grams of oil is left, then it is better to throw it away. That oil should not be used again.
Ramdev Baba says that in making junk food, the same oil is heated again and again throughout the day. Due to this, saturated fat and harmful elements increase in the oil. This oil enters the body and causes many serious diseases.
Harm caused by saturated fat
Saturated fat is also called saturated fat. Its excessive quantity increases bad cholesterol in the body. This increases the risk of heart disease, stroke and obesity. It can also harm liver and bones. In some research, it has also been linked to the risk of cancer.
Keep distance from these things also
Baba Ramdev has also advised to avoid chocolate and packet snacks. These things also contain high amount of saturated fat. If you want to stay healthy, then adopt only fresh, light and homemade food.
