Baba Saheb’s 135th birth anniversary was celebrated with great pomp in Tehsil Bhadra, humble greetings on his birth anniversary.

Bharat Ratna in Tehsil Bhadra Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar 135th birth anniversary was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion. On this occasion, a grand program was organized at Ambedkar Vihar under the aegis of Ambedkar Navyuvak Sangh, where all the people present paid humble greetings to Baba Saheb on his birth anniversary.

During the program, the speakers threw light on Baba Saheb’s life, struggle and his thoughts in detail. Chief guest Rahul Kaswan in his address stressed the importance of education and said that it is very important to follow the path shown by Baba Saheb to move the society forward. He also announced the establishment of a library at Ambedkar Bhawan Bhadra.

Former Parliamentary Secretary Jaideep Dudi, remembering the struggling life of Baba Saheb, said that celebrating his birth anniversary today by the entire society shows the wide acceptance of his ideas. Whereas Comrade Balwan Poonia described adherence to the Constitution and spread of education as the basis of progress of the society.

Former MLA Dr. Suresh Chaudhary called upon the youth to stay away from drugs and adopt Baba Saheb’s message—“Be educated, stay organized, struggle”—in life. Other speakers also expressed their views and stressed the importance of social equality, justice and education.

On this occasion, students who performed excellently in board examinations, personnel selected in government services and retired employees were honored by the organization. Vice Principal Om Sudda coordinated the program.
