Baba Siddique Murder Case: Mumbai Crime Branch recovered pistol from the house of the accused in Pune.

In the latest development in the Baba Siddiqui murder case, Mumbai Crime Branch has recovered another pistol from the house of Rupesh Mohol in Pune. Mumbai Police said that this is the fifth weapon recovered in this murder case. The Crime Branch is still searching for a weapon and three live cartridges in this case.
Rupesh Rajendra Mohol was brought to Mumbai along with Karan Rahul Salve and Shivam Arvind Kohar and produced before the Esplanade Metropolitan Magistrate Court on October 24. The court had sent all three to police custody till November 4. Police said that the trio had conducted a recce of Zeeshan Siddiqui's office in Bandra East, where NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was shot dead on October 12.

Mumbai Police further said that five teams of Mumbai Crime Branch are currently out of Maharashtra and are searching for the accused in Haryana and Rajasthan. The weapons for the murder of Baba Siddiqui came from Rajasthan, while teams have been deployed in Haryana to search for the mastermind of the murder.
Mumbai Police has made several arrests as part of the investigation into the Baba Siddiqui murder case, taking the number of people detained to 14. The former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader was shot dead outside his son Zeeshan's office in Bandra East on October 12. Mumbai Crime Branch is investigating the case. On October 19, police reported that the shooter and the conspirators used Snapchat to communicate and coordinate with each other. Investigation revealed that the photograph of Zeeshan Siddiqui, son of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, was shared by his handler with the accused. Mumbai Police said, “A photograph of Baba Siddiqui's son Zeeshan Siddiqui was found in the phones of the accused in Baba Siddiqui's murder. This photograph was shared by his handler with the accused through Snapchat. Investigation revealed that the shooter and the conspirators Used Snapchat to share information.”
