Baby John collection day 1: Varun Dhawan film likely to have a promising start
New Delhi: Actor Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh starrer Baby John has opened to average reviews from critics and audiences alike. As per early estimates, the film is likely to collect a little over Rs 12 crore across all languages on its first day.
Baby John, an official Hindi remake of the blockbuster hit slaughtered starring Thalapathy Vijay, was released on December 25. Currently, the film is facing major box office competition with Allu Arjun’s superhit film, Pushpa 2: The Rule and Disney’s Mufasa. Let’s delve into more details!

Varun Dhawan’s actioner Baby John is expected to earn Rs 12.50 crore on its first day, as per early estimates by industry tracker Sacnilk. On its opening day, it has overall Hindi occupancy of 24.53%. The evening shows recieved more footfalls of around 30.89% while morning shows had 13.92% occupancy and evening shows had 28.77% occupancy on its first day.
It is expected that the film’s earning will rise over the weekend. Baby John has also outperformed movies including Satyaprem Ki Katha, Jug Jug Jeeyo, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Mrs And Mrs Mahiand There was such a confusion in my body.

However, the film has been the second choice in the Hindi market, trailing behind Pushpa 2 and Mufasa: The Lion King. Considering the holiday season, Baby John is likely to pick up in the upcoming days.
