- 500 grams mutton mince
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp roasted gram flour
- salt as per taste
- butter or oil
Method of preparation
First of all, mix onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices in mutton mince and prepare it well. Now add roasted gram flour in it so that the kebabs do not break. After this, apply some oil on your hands and shape it into a long kebab and place it on a skewer and cook in tandoor, oven or pan until it turns golden. Apply butter on top and serve hot.
Spicy Mutton Sukkah

Material
- 500 grams mutton
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- coconut flakes
- curry leaves
- chilli powder
- coriander powder
- garam masala
- oil and salt
Method of preparation
Cook the mutton with salt and turmeric in the cooker until soft. Now heat oil in the pan and fry curry leaves and onion in it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes and cook. After this add all the spices and coconut powder. Finally add cooked mutton and fry on high flame until the spices dry thoroughly. Serve it with paratha or rice.
Mutton Pepper Fry

Material
- 500 grams mutton
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 onion
- Curry leaf
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Fennel
- Turmeric
- oil and salt
Method of preparation
First of all, boil the mutton in the cooker with turmeric and salt. Now heat oil in a pan and fry fennel, curry leaves and onion. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and cook. Then add boiled mutton and crushed black pepper. Fry well with spices on low flame. Finally, add some black pepper on top and serve.

- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- black pepper
- Curry leaf
- tamarind water
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- salt as per taste
Method of preparation
Marinate the mutton with curd, ginger-garlic paste and spices and keep it for some time. After this, cook it in the cooker until it becomes soft. Now heat ghee in the pan and add curry leaves. Then add spices and tamarind water and fry. Finally add cooked mutton and cook on low flame until ghee starts rising. This dish will be very spicy and tasty.
