1. Saffron-Pistachio Shahi Phirni Cup

1 liter of milk
4 tablespoons of soaked rice
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Saffron threads
Chopped pistachios and almonds

Grind the soaked rice lightly. Heat milk in a pan and add rice paste. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Then add sugar, saffron and cardamom.
