Cheated on fake land deal, took uncle's life, 3 killers arrested

Police made shocking revelations while solving a blind murder case in Bisanda police station area of Banda district. Police said that the deceased's nephew Adesh Pandey, along with his two associates, Vippa Parihar and Ramnihor Sahu, had brutally murdered his uncle and fled leaving the body at a deserted place.

According to the police, deceased Buddha Vilas seemed to be the uncle of accused Adesh Pandey. In 2023, Aadesh had borrowed Rs 5 lakh from his uncle to buy a bulldozer, which the uncle often asked for back. Apart from this, Adesh had sold his uncle's valuable one bigha land near Bundelkhand Expressway in the name of a third person by making a fake deed of sale. When this fraud started being discussed in the village, Aadesh started fearing that his uncle might get wind of this and a fight might start in the house.

Nephew turned out to be the murderer

As part of the murder conspiracy, Aadesh called uncle Buddha Vilas from Lucknow to Banda on 27 October. He lied that it has been decided to sell the land for crores of rupees. As soon as Buddha Vilas reached Banda, Aadesh made him sit in a four-wheeler Swift car and took him to a deserted place. Where he along with his companions were strangulated to death with a rope. Later the body was thrown into a ditch on the roadside.

Three more accused were caught

On October 29, the police found the body of Buddha Vilas in Shiv village. After investigation, the police arrested Adesh Pandey, Vippa Parihar, and Ramnihor Sahu. A vehicle, rope and fake land documents have been recovered from the possession of the accused. On this matter, ASP Shivraj said that the accused have accepted their crime. Strict legal action is being taken against them.
