Annual cake show in Bengaluru 2024: Entry fee, timings and must-see highlights

New Delhi: Bengaluru each year celebrates Christmas in a big and spectacular way by hosting a cake show every year in the city, This year too the much-awaited cake show in Bengaluru is back to captivate the visitors with its stunning display of culinary art and skills of the chefs preparing it. This year, the event, themed “Celebration of Art,” will take place at Palace Grounds, Bengaluru, from December 13, 2024, to January 1, 2025.

The 50th Annual Cake Show commenced on December 13th and showcased remarkable tribute cakes dedicated to two prominent figures. One cake honoured Ratan Tata, the renowned industrialist and philanthropist, while another celebrated SM Krishna, the former chief minister of Karnataka. These spectacular creations highlighted the artistry and thoughtfulness behind the event.

The cake show is a masterpiece in itself with various chefs from across the country and globe performing to pay tribute and create marvellous wonders to impress the audience. The exhibition showcases 50 intricately designed cakes, each a masterpiece highlighting exceptional creativity and craftsmanship. Organised by the Institute of Baking and Cake Art (IBCA) in collaboration with MyBakersMart, the show celebrates the talent and dedication of skilled artists.

Bengaluru Cake Show 2024 dates and timings

Bengaluru’s much-loved annual cake show is taking place at Tripura Vasini in Palace Grounds. The event, which began on December 13, 2024, will continue until January 1, 2025, giving visitors plenty of time to enjoy the stunning displays. The timings for the showcase of cake show event is from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, making it ideal for families, friends and food lovers to enjoy an ideal picnic exploring the culinary world of art.

The annual cake show is ongoing till January 2025 with tickets priced at Rs 100 per person on all days.
