Three conditions have been talked about in that letter, due to which the danger to Bangladesh team will increase in India. First, if Mustafizur Rahman is included in the Bangladesh team. Second, if Bangladeshi supporters roam around wearing the national jersey of Bangladesh. Third, the security threat will increase as Bangladesh elections approach.

Tension increased between the cricket boards of the two countries

Actually the whole controversy started after the release of Bangladesh cricketer Mustafizur Rahman from IPL. The decision to release Rahman was taken on the instructions of ICC. Since then, tension is at its peak between both the cricket boards BCCI and BCB.
