Ravilal Das said, “Words started spreading on Facebook, people started discussing, that’s when we suspected that something had gone very wrong.” He told that the information received from relatives after some time was soul-shattering.
“Tied to a tree, then poured kerosene on it and set it on fire.”
Dipu Chandra Das’s father said, “First I was told that my son had been badly beaten. After half an hour my uncle came and said that the mob had taken my son away. He was tied to a tree, then kerosene was poured on him and he was set on fire.”
