Bank issues update for crores of customers, ban on transactions if KYC process is not completed

The bank releases updates from time to time for its customers. It is important for customers to follow the updates issued. Punjab National Bank has issued an update for customers. An update has been issued for crores of customers in which it has been said that they should get the update done before January 23.

It is necessary to get KYC done

It has been informed that as per the guidelines of RBI, all customers should update 'Know Your Customer' (KYC). An appeal has been made to the customers that they should complete this process before January 23, 2025.

How can I complete the KYC process?

Let us tell you that the KYC process can be done online through PNB ONE/Internet banking services or by submitting identity card, address proof, recent photo, PAN or Form 60, income proof, mobile number at your nearest bank branch. After this you can complete the KYC process. If a customer does not complete the KYC process then he will not be able to do the transaction.
