Barabanki: Dhruv Cricket Academy won Balaji Cup, registered a spectacular victory by 103 runs.

Barabanki, Read. In the final match of Balaji Cup Under-12 Cricket Tournament being played under the aegis of Barabanki District Cricket Association, Dhruv Cricket Academy won the title by defeating Blaze 11 Cricket Academy by a huge margin of 103 runs. After winning the toss and batting first, Dhruv Cricket Academy scored 210 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs. On behalf of the team, Aman Nabi scored the highest unbeaten innings of 48 runs, Devansh Rai scored 37 runs and Harshvardhan Pant scored 36 runs.

In bowling for Blaze 11 Cricket Academy, Anshika Yadav took 3 wickets, Shiva Rawat took 2 wickets and Abdul Ahad took 1 wicket. Chasing the target of 211 runs, the team of Blaze 11 Cricket Academy was all out after scoring 107 runs in 23.5 overs. On behalf of the team, Abdul Ahad scored 32 runs, Dev Bahadur scored 28 runs and Shivansh Singh scored 16 runs. Devansh Rai performed brilliantly in bowling for Dhruv Cricket Academy and took 5 wickets, while Dhruv and Avinav took 2 wickets each.

Devansh Rai was awarded the Man of the Match award for his excellent all-round performance.
