Barabanki: Girl had gone to farm, poured petrol on her and burnt her alive, fear of rape
There is an uproar over the death of a girl in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. On Thursday afternoon, someone poured petrol on a 17-year-old girl and burnt her near Mohammadpur Khala police station campus. The girl was badly burnt, who was immediately referred to Lucknow from the district hospital of Barambaki, after which the victim lost her life during treatment in the hospital.
The victim was found in a semi-nude condition in the village. There were no clothes on her body, she was completely burnt. This incident happened around 12.16 in the day. The victim had gone to the field for toilet, about 150 meters away from the house. Someone from the village told that she was lying in the field, there was not even a single piece of clothing on her body.

Girl died taking name of petrol pump worker
Before her death, the victim had taken the name of a young man who worked at a petrol station. Just after taking the name, the victim’s health deteriorated and she died. The family members suspect that first she was raped and then an attempt was made to murder her.

There were no clothes on the victim’s body
The family reached there running. Covered it with cloth. The clothes were burnt on the victim’s body itself. Petrol and water bottles were found near the victim. 80 percent of his body was burnt. The victim had taken the name of the petrol pump owner before dying. Police have collected evidence from the spot. Details of the incident are awaited
