A painful incident has come to light in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh, where a husband murdered his wife so brutally that whoever heard it was stunned. This case is of Mohalla Tanda of police station Bahedi area, where a young man named Shahid alias Bhura had a love marriage with a girl from a non-community two years ago with the consent of the family. After marriage, everything went well for some time and they both had a son. But as time passed, fights started taking place between the husband and wife and no one expected that the outcome of these fights would be so dangerous.
Husband attacks wife with knife
It is being told that there was a fight between the two over some issue on Friday evening. In anger, Shahid picked up a vegetable cutting knife and attacked his wife. During this, he also stabbed his wife's private parts with a knife several times and she died on the spot. According to the information, the husband also tried to take the wife to the hospital after the attack and falsely informed the family that the wife had been stabbed while cutting vegetables.
The relatives of the deceased accused her of dowry death
The woman's family members say that soon after the marriage, the husband started harassing the woman for dowry. He was subjected to cruel tortures like burning him with cigarettes, stripping him naked and electrocuting him. The woman's family member Mohammad Haseen said that Shahid tortured our daughter a lot, used to beat her every day, and finally murdered her so brutally. We had filed a complaint in the police station earlier also, but now we want that the accused should be given strict punishment.
Police arrested the accused
After this entire incident, the police has arrested the accused husband Shahid and the investigation of the case is going on. SP Dehat Mukesh Chandra Mishra said that a case of dowry death has been registered and the accused has been arrested. The investigation is ongoing and the situation will become clear after the post mortem report comes.
