This district of UP will become a big industrial center, 112 acres of land has been identified

UP News: Yogi government is trying to provide employment to the people of the state as well as promote industries. For which industrial areas are being developed in many cities. Now Yogi government is also going to make Bareilly district of UP a big industrial center in the state. Actually, the administration is soon going to develop a big industrial center in Nawabganj of Bareilly district of UP.

Expansion is being done under this scheme

Which will be expanded under the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Industrial and Employment Sector Scheme. For which the administration has identified about 112 acres of land to develop an industrial center in Nawabganj. Bareilly District Magistrate Avinash Singh said that the blue print of the industrial center has been prepared and its proposal has been sent to the government. He said that this will create employment opportunities not only for Nawabganj tehsil but also for the people of the district and surrounding areas.

Local MLA had demanded from the government

Let us tell you that for the expansion of industrial area in the area, Nawabganj MLA Dr. MP Arya had sent a letter to the government last month demanding to develop the industrial area. In his letter, he had asked to send a proposal describing the land situated on the banks of National Highway-74 (New NH-30) as suitable. After this, the exercise of land selection for the industrial center was started under the direction of the District Magistrate.

After investigation, the officials considered about 112 acres of land in villages Bahor Nagla and Richhola Kifayatulla and Grem as suitable for the development of an industrial centre. Let us tell you that this place is about 20 km away from the headquarters. Which is on the highway side. Due to its direct connection to the highway, this land is considered important from industrial point of view.

Very important from transportation point of view

Apart from this, due to its proximity to National Highway-30, transportation facilities to the proposed industrial area will also be easily available. This will make transportation of goods and supply of goods easier in this industrial area. After approval of this proposal, industrial activities will intensify in Nawabganj area. Due to which the local youth as well as the people will get employment on a large scale. Not only this, economic activities will expand in the surrounding areas also.

This is the description of the land

Among the land that has been identified by the district administration for the industrial area, 7.7470 hectares of land in Richhola Kifayatulla is registered in the name of Government Agricultural Farm, which is Category-1 land. Apart from this, there is 40.6590 hectares of land in Bahor Nagla. Which is recorded in the government records as Seer, Khudkasht, Abadi and Sadak. Investigation has revealed that as per the present Khatauni in village Grem, no land is registered in the name of Agriculture Department.

Land of three villages has been identified

According to Bareilly District Magistrate Avinash Singh, about 112 acres of land has been identified in three villages to develop an industrial centre. He said that the details of the industrial area have been sent to the government. After this proposal is approved, further process will also be started.
