Barmer 23rd December 2025: bomb threatThere was a huge rush in the administrative system and security agencies after receiving the threat of blowing up the collector’s office in the border district of Rajasthan, Barmer. After receiving this threat on the official email of the Collectorate, the police immediately evacuated the entire premises and started a thorough investigation.
- Threat received to plant three RDX bombs in Collectorate premises
Giving details, Barmer Superintendent of Police Narendra Singh Meena said that an email was received at the District Collectorate on Monday night at 10:45 pm. In this mail, a threat was given to blow up the residence of superstar Rajinikanth and Barmer Collector Office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on Tuesday. It was clearly written in the mail that, “Three RDX bombs have been planted in the collector premises, vacate the premises before the explosion occurs.”
On Tuesday morning, when the District Collector’s PA informed the Superintendent of Police about this mail, the entire Collectorate office was turned into a police cantonment. The trail was investigated with the help of security agencies and dog squad. During this search operation which lasted for hours, no suspicious object was found.
After investigation, when the situation was found to be safe, work and movement of people was resumed in the collectorate. However, being border districts, police and intelligence agencies email The help of cyber cell is being taken to trace the person who sent it. It is noteworthy that due to such threats, there was uproar among the local people also.
