Keep in mind, do not leave the poha soaked in water, just make it wet. Now add salt, turmeric and a little sugar to it and leave it for 5-10 minutes. This will make Poha delicious. Potato and Peanut Crunch: Heat oil in a pan. First of all, fry the peanuts until they turn golden and take them out. Add finely chopped potatoes in the same oil and cook them till they become crisp.
