Lucknow, Read: In the matches played on Friday under the 21st Babu Banarasi Das A Division Cricket League, Akhil Infra Cricket Club, Yarkar Cricket Club and UP Timber Cricket Club registered spectacular victories and won full points. Akhil Infra defeated Life Care Club by six wickets, Yarkar Cricket Club defeated DYA by 137 runs and UP Timber Cricket Club defeated Kuoh Sports Cricket Club by nine wickets.
In the match played at GCRG Ground, Kuoh Sports Cricket Club, batting first, scored 183 runs after losing all the wickets in 36.1 overs. While chasing the target, the UP Timber Cricket Club team batted brilliantly and won the match by scoring 188 runs in 22.4 overs, losing only one wicket. On behalf of the team, opening batsman Vishwajeet Mishra played a century inning of 111 runs unbeaten. In bowling, Priyanshu Srivastava took four wickets and Milan Yadav took three wickets.
In the match played at Sports Galaxy B Ground, Life Care Club, batting first, scored 163 runs after losing all the wickets in 36 overs. In reply, Akhil Infra Cricket Club achieved the target by losing four wickets in 23.4 overs and won by six wickets. On behalf of the team, Harshjeet Singh scored 58 runs and Vipin Chandra scored 45 runs. In bowling, Vipin Chandra took three wickets and Shashwat Krishna took two wickets.
Apart from this, in the match played at Dr. Akhilesh Das Stadium, Yorker Cricket Club, batting first, scored 274 runs for eight wickets in 40 overs. Samarth Dixit played important innings of 84 runs and Bhavi Sharma played 51 runs. In reply, DYA team was all out for 137 runs in 27.4 overs. On behalf of Yorker Club, Zainuddin took four wickets, Sarthak took three and Navneet took two wickets and helped the team win by 137 runs.
