IPL 2025: The date of Indian Premier League 2025 mega auction has been revealed. Jeddah city of Saudi Arabia will host the mega auction of IPL 2025. Bidding for players will take place at the Abadi Al Johar Arena on 24th and 25th November. BCCI has made excellent living arrangements for all the officials. According to reports, there will be accommodation for players and other people at Hotel Shangri-La Jeddah, located just 10 minutes away from the mega auction venue i.e. Johar Arena. Where will IPL 2025 mega auction take place?
IPL 2025 mega auction was earlier scheduled to be held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. But then suddenly BCCI changed the venue and now the auction will be held in Jeddad. The mega auction is going to happen on 24th and 25th November, for which everyone is excited. Abadi will take place at the Al Johar Arena, known as the Benchmark Arena. If reports are to be believed, a super luxury hotel has been booked for all the officials arriving in Jeddah for the mega auction.
How much is the hotel rent?
According to reports, all the officials going to Jeddah to participate in the mega auction of IPL 2025 Shangri-La Jeddah (Are going to stay at Shangri-La Jeddah hotel). Every kind of luxury facilities are available in this 5 star hotel. There itself, One of the Shangri-La Jeddah Hotel Talking about night fare, it is quite expensive. On the internet booking platform, its fare for one night is shown to be Rs 45 thousand to Rs 48 thousand. That means, to stay in this hotel for one night, you will have to spend up to Rs 48 thousand. Whereas the officials coming for the mega auction will stay in this hotel for at least 2 days, because the IPL 2025 auction will be held on 24 and 25 November.
204 slots are currently vacant
Before the IPL 2025 mega auction, all 10 teams together have retained a total of 46 players. Now slots for only 204 players are vacant, for which 1574 players have registered. Let us tell you, there can be a maximum of 25 players in a team, hence a maximum of 204 players can be sold in the IPL 2025 mega auction.
