BCCI Chief Mithun Manhas and Rajeev Shukla expressed grief over the demise of Rinku Singh’s father.

Rinku Singh’s father passes away : Cricketer Rinku Singh’s father Khanchand breathed his last in Greater Noida hospital on Friday. He died after battling liver cancer for a long time. There is a wave of mourning in the Indian cricket world after the demise of Rinku’s father. BCCI Chief Mithun Manhas and Vice President Rajeev Shukla have expressed condolences on his demise. Many cricketers have also expressed grief over the demise of Rinku’s father.

BCCI Chief Mithun Manhas wrote in X Post on Friday, “It is very sad to hear the news of the passing of Rinku Singh’s father. My deepest condolences to Rinku and his family in this difficult time. May Lord Shiva give them strength, Om Shanti…” Board Vice President Rajeev Shukla wrote, “The news of the demise of cricketer Rinku Singh’s father Shri Khanchand Singh ji is extremely sad. My deepest condolences are with Rinku Singh and his entire family in this difficult time.” May God grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the bereaved family to bear this immense loss.

Former India spin bowler Harbhajan Singh wrote on Twitter, “Sad to know about the demise of Rinku Singh’s father Shri Khanchand Singh ji. This will be a very difficult time for Rinku and his family, even if he remains fully dedicated to his responsibilities during the T20 World Cup. My heartfelt prayers are with him and his loved ones. May Waheguru rest the departed soul and give courage and strength to the grieving family.”
