Actually, BCCI is asking its players to give importance to domestic cricket. But, Sanju Samson not playing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25 for his state can create problems for him. According to a report, Sanju Samson had expressed his inability to join the camp to prepare for the Vijay Hazare Trophy to the Kerala Cricket Association (KCA). After which KCA dropped Sanju from the tournament. Now the dispute between Sanju Samson and Kerala Cricket Association has increased in this matter.

According to the report, BCCI now wants to investigate the dispute between Sanju and KCA. The selectors would like to know from Sanju Samson the real reason behind missing the Vijay Hazare Trophy. If Sanju's answer is not satisfactory then it may be difficult for him to play in the upcoming ODI series and Champions Trophy. If sources are to be believed, Sanju Samson has a dispute with KCA for a long time, but it cannot be that because of this he will not participate in domestic cricket. They will have to correct the misunderstandings and play. He took part in the domestic T20 tournament Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
