BCCI Naman Awards 2026: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) organized the prestigious Naman Awards 2026 in New Delhi to honor players and legends who have performed brilliantly in Indian cricket. In this ceremony, many players who performed well at international, domestic and age group level were given awards.

Many big names of Indian cricket were honored in this special program (BCCI Naman Awards 2026). Current stars as well as former greats were recognized for their contributions, making the event a celebration of the achievements of Indian cricket.

BCCI Naman Awards: Shubman Gill and Smriti Mandhana got big honors

At the Naman Awards 2026 (BCCI Naman Awards), Indian team’s star batsman and Test-ODI captain Shubman Gill was honored with the Best International Cricketer (Men) award for the 2024-25 season. Gill performed brilliantly in the last season and scored consecutive runs for Team India. In women’s cricket, this prestigious honor went to star batsman Smriti Mandhana. Mandhana won this award for the fifth time on the basis of her brilliant performance, which shows her consistency and class.

BCCI Naman Awards: Lifetime Achievement Award to legendary players

In this ceremony (BCCI Naman Awards), the legends of Indian cricket were also given special honours. Former Indian captain Rahul Dravid, BCCI President Roger Binny and Indian women’s cricket legend Mithali Raj were honored with the award of Colonel C.K. Naidu Lifetime Achievement Award. This is considered to be the biggest honor of BCCI, which is given for his long and illustrious contribution to Indian cricket.

BCCI Naman Awards: Debut award to Harshit Rana and Shri Charani

Young players also got special recognition in this function. Indian fast bowler Harshit Rana was given the Best International Debut (Men) award for the 2024-25 season. Whereas in the women’s category, this honor went to Shri Charani, who caught everyone’s attention by performing brilliantly in her debut season.

BCCI Naman Awards: Dipti Sharma and Ayush Mhatre were also honoured

Indian women’s team’s star all-rounder Deepti Sharma was honored for taking the most wickets in Women’s ODI International during the 2024-25 season. Apart from this, Mumbai’s young player Ayush Mhatre was given the Lala Amarnath Award for his excellent all-round performance in domestic limited overs cricket. The ceremony became a big platform for both the legends of Indian cricket and the new generation players, where their performances and contributions were honoured.
