BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia confirmed; ICC's official logo will be on Indian jersey
ICC’s official logo on the Indian Jersey: BCCI has made its stand clear on the controversy over the Indian team's jersey for the Champions Trophy 2025. The board has clarified that the Indian team will follow the guidelines set by the ICC for the Champions Trophy. That means the name of the host will be on the team jersey.

Actually, ICC had reacted regarding the Indian jersey between PCB and BCCI. According to a report, an ICC official said, “It is the responsibility of every team to put the tournament logo on their jersey. It is mandatory for all teams to follow this rule.” According to the rules, teams participating in ICC tournaments have to write the name of the host country on their jerseys, no matter where the match takes place.
According to the latest report by Cricbuzz, the Indian team will follow the guidelines set by the ICC for the Champions Trophy, especially regarding the official logo. The BCCI has confirmed that the Indian jerseys will feature the official ICC logo, which also includes Pakistan's imprint. BCCI secretary Devjit Saikia said, “We will follow the ICC guidelines.”
The report said that when BCCI Secretary Saikia was asked about Pakistan being written below the official ICC logo, he reiterated, “We will follow the instructions of the ICC.” This statement of Saikia has put an end to the uproar over India registering objection to the official logo. Pakistan is the host of the Champions Trophy which will be played from 19 February to 9 March. However, the Indian team will play its matches in Dubai.
