BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia confirmed

Speaking to Times of India, BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia said that due to the tragic incident that took place on June 4 last year, no program will be organized at the beginning of the IPL this time. BCCI is not organizing any kind of cultural event.
He told that BCCI and IPL Governing Council are preparing for the grand closing ceremony this time. Let us tell you, the final of IPL 2026 will be played on 31 May.

RCB will give silent tribute
