Be careful! There may be rain in Western UP, Meteorological Department predicted

In most of the states of North India, the cold has started decreasing due to bright sunshine, but the cold has not gone yet. People are wearing sweaters in the morning and evening. Apart from this, due to strong winds, there is a feeling of cold even during the day. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light rain and strong winds in some parts of western UP on 16–17 February, while the weather will remain clear in Delhi-NCR on 15 February.

 

In most of the districts of Uttar Pradesh, the maximum temperature is expected to be around 26 to 30 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has said that the minimum temperature in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand was recorded at 0-6° degrees Celsius. Apart from this, temperatures of 6-12 degrees Celsius were recorded in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, North Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam and Meghalaya.

Condition of plain areas of India

Night temperatures of 12-15 degrees Celsius were recorded in many areas of Central India, Gujarat and Maharashtra. At the same time, temperatures below zero were recorded in Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh Galgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad. IMD further said that the lowest minimum temperature in the plains of India at 6.5 degrees Celsius was recorded in Sikar district of Rajasthan.

Clouds will hover after 24 hours

Regarding Uttar Pradesh, the Meteorological Department has predicted that on Monday (February 16), there will be dark clouds in Firozabad, Aligarh, Agra, Mathura, Mainpuri, Etawah, Kansgaj, Etah and Hathras of Western UP. During this period, strong winds may occur along with light rain.
