Shah explained that if the company earns Rs 25 crore, 20 per cent of the amount will be deposited in the company account as Sarathi’s share, while 80 per cent will be distributed among the drivers on the basis of taxi operations. That means, apart from the fixed fare, the drivers will also get a share of the profit. However, it is advised to be patient for the first three years as it will take time for the profit distribution to become stable.
