Many nutrients are found in it, including protein, fiber, calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin K, and it is also a hot spice. To eat celery in winter, you should adopt many methods which are beneficial.
Ways to consume celery
Here you can adopt many methods to consume celery which are as follows…
1- Celery oil is considered best for winters. Its use relieves joint pain, stiffness and strengthens the muscles in the body. To make oil here, take one cup of mustard oil and then add two spoons of celery in the oil and crush 7-8 cloves of garlic and add it. Grind three-four cloves, a small piece of raw turmeric and add it, mix it well. Cook, filter and store in a glass container. It is said that it is effective for foot pain and arthritis.
2- In case of cold and cough, you can keep a bundle of celery. The nose becomes clogged due to cold and cough. This is the most special way to open it. For this you should take cotton or muslin cloth. Make a bundle by placing two to three spoons of celery in it and then heat this bundle on the pan. By doing this, apply this bundle on the nose suffering from cold and smell and you will start getting benefit from its aroma.

3-Due to not drinking enough water in winter, there is a problem of digestion problem. In this cold weather, celery is most effective for the problems of bloating, gas and acidity. To consume it, you can boil celery in water and drink it and then grind black salt and celery and make powder and consume it, then you start getting its benefits.
4- Here the use of celery is effective for cold and cough, for this you can make a decoction of celery and drink it, it gives you relief. You can give a decoction of betel leaves along with celery and also add basil leaves in it. Add one betel leaf, half spoon of celery and two to three basil leaves in a cup of water and boil till the water reduces to half. Filter it and give it to the child one teaspoon twice a day, it is also beneficial for digestion, but avoid giving too much.
