Bengal Election 2026: BJP’s Chakravyuh creation in Bengal, Nitin Naveen surrounds Mamata government
News India Live, Digital Desk: With the announcement of the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal, the political temperature has reached its peak. BJP National President (Organization) Nitin Naveen reached Kolkata on Wednesday and launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) government. Speaking to journalists after offering prayers at Dakshineswar temple, Naveen made serious allegations of appeasement and religious discrimination on the state government. He said that the cultural heritage of Bengal is being deliberately hurt. “The situation of Bengal is unfortunate” – Nitin Naveen’s strong attack. Questioning the policies of the Mamata government, Nitin Naveen termed it as ‘double standards’. He said: “West Bengal is known for its rich cultural heritage, but today such elements are dominating here which are attacking our culture. Here there is free will to offer Namaz, but to set up a pandal for Maa Durga, devotees have to knock the doors of the High Court. This is very unfortunate.” He further said that he has sought the blessings of Maa Kali to make West Bengal ‘corruption-free’ and ‘developed Bengal’. BJP ‘Chakravyuh’: Booth level mobilization and digital war This two-day visit of Naveen is not just a routine review, but is being considered a part of the ‘Chakravyuh strategy’ prepared by the central leadership of BJP. According to sources, BJP has prepared a three-tier plan to conquer Bengal: Booth management at micro level: Naveen has instructed the state unit to deploy a team of ‘Saptarishi’ (seven key workers) at every booth. Digital and social media war: To strengthen the digital reach of the party, a special strategic meeting was held with the social media team. Its objective is to convey the government’s failures directly to the public. Local Narrative: In the closed-door meetings, Naveen stressed that along with national issues, local problems and corruption cases should be given priority in the election campaign. Indications of organizational reshuffle. During this visit, which started on Tuesday, Nitin Naveen held long discussions with the top leaders of the state and senior organizational officials. Political analysts believe that the BJP President’s emphasis is on removing the lack of coordination within the organization and activating the grassroots level network. Party sources say that new guidelines have been given to the communication team to sharpen the election campaign messaging, which indicates that BJP will leave no stone unturned to gain power this time.
