Bengal Warriors organized Kabaddi competition in collaboration with Cricket Association

The collaboration aims to promote inclusivity and showcase how persons with disabilities and visual impairments can participate in sports including Kabaddi. An important aspect of the collaboration is to raise awareness of the capabilities of athletes with physical and visual impairments. It also aims to showcase accessible techniques and adaptations in Kabaddi, which allows visually impaired individuals to play the game, creating an environment that is inspiring and motivating. That's exactly the kind of atmosphere Indian athletes made headlines after their performance at the Paralympic Games in Paris last month. With 29 medals, the Indian contingent posted its best performance in the history of the competition.

His impressive performance has also strengthened the Olympic dream for India and the promise of Kabaddi being included in the prestigious tournament. The event took place at Helen Keller School for Deaf and Deaf Blind, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It featured an exciting Kabaddi match between two teams of athletes, supported by the Blind Cricket Association of Maharashtra, who competed in Kabaddi games at various district and state levels for the specially abled and the visually impaired, with demo sessions on the rules. Maninder Singh, Nitesh Kumar, Nitin Kumar, Arjun Rathi, Akash Chavan and other Indian members of the Bengal Warriors team were present to cheer on these inspirational stars and exchange tips on the game and learn from each other's sentiments.
