Bengaluru Building Collapse: PM Modi Announces Financial Aid to Victims’ Families

The contractor, Muniyappa, responsible for constructing the four floors, was also taken into custody. The Kerala government declared two-day state mourning following the incident. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and assured all possible help from the Centre.
