A Bengaluru man’s social media post has gone viral after he shared his surprise over a dish he ordered at a city pub that turned out to be far simpler than expected. The incident came to light after In his initial post, the user shared a photograph of what appears to be fryums served on a plate and wrote, “First in my bloodline to pay 150rs for this.” The image, showing the snack without any elaborate presentation, quickly drew attention online.

The user later explained the context in a follow‑up post. He revealed that the dish was ordered at Toit in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, a popular pub in the city.

“This is what they brought to me when I ordered it,” he wrote, referring to the dish that was served. The user also shared the picture of the menu that showed “Chilli-Dusted Goldfingers” priced at Rs 150. The description of the dish read, “Old Bangalore fried street snack made of rice.”
