Why did the players of India and Australia not get a place?

Let us now tell you why players of teams like India, Australia, South Africa did not get a place in the playing eleven of ICC’s best ODI team? Actually, India played only 3 ODI matches in 2024. That series was also against Sri Lanka in which Team India lost 0-2 and one match was tied. Australia played 12 ODI matches and different players from its team also got a chance. Actually, T20 World Cup was held in 2024 and big teams focused their entire focus on T20 format only. Their big players played more T20 matches, which is why players from Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Afghanistan were seen ruling the ODI format in 2024.
