Expect a better experience with the beta version of Android 16

Android 16 is already making headlines due to its new features and improvements. According to leaked reports, it may include several exciting updates, such as revamped volume controls, sharper UI, enhanced accessibility, integration of health records, and more.

After the launch of Android 15 in October last year, Google is now working on its next project Android 16. According to reports, the first beta version of Android 16 may be launched in January 2025. After this, its second and third beta versions may also come in February and March.

According to a leak, Google has hinted about the release dates of the upcoming beta version through a comment in Android Gerrit:

Beta 2: February 19, 2025
Beta 3: March 12, 2025
According to the leak, the stable version of Android 16 may be available by mid-March. After this, Beta 4 may launch in April or May. If everything goes as per plan, the stable version of Android 16 could be released by the end of Q2 (second quarter). It may launch before the release of Android 15 in October 2024.
