Saffron bearers will rule Pakistan-Bangladesh. Fire on Owaisi’s statement. Baba, you have made a big prediction.

Devkinandan Thakur: Religious leader and storyteller Devkinandan Thakur has reacted to Asaduddin Owaisi’s statement on hijab. Devkinandan Thakur said that if Owaisi wants that the Prime Minister of India should become a woman wearing hijab, then we also have a dream. Our dream is that people wearing tilak and saffron clothes should be in power in Bangladesh and Pakistan.

It is noteworthy that AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi had recently said that one day a woman wearing hijab will become the Prime Minister of India. He said that the Indian Constitution gives equal status to people of all communities, whereas the Pakistani Constitution restricts top constitutional posts to only one community.

Chaos over Owaisi’s statement

Many people have reacted strongly to Owaisi’s statement. Leaders of many political parties including BJP have expressed disagreement with his statement. BJP MP Anil Bonde termed Owaisi’s statement as irresponsible and said that the Hyderabad MP is telling only half the truth.

Bonde claimed that Muslim women do not want to wear hijab. Citing protests against hijab by women in Iran, Bonde claimed that Muslim women do not want hijab because no one likes slavery.

What did AIMIM Chief Owaisi say?

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, while addressing a public meeting in Solapur, Maharashtra on Friday, had said that according to the Pakistani Constitution, only a person of one religion can become the Prime Minister or President there. But the Indian Constitution written by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar clearly states that any citizen can become the Mayor, Chief Minister of the state or Prime Minister of the country.

Owaisi had further said that Inshallah, the day will definitely come when neither I nor today’s generation will be alive, but a daughter wearing hijab will definitely become the Prime Minister of India. Taking a dig at the ruling party, Owaisi said, “I am confident that that day will definitely come.…The hatred that is being spread against Muslims will not last long.”
