This flat in the Shiv-Asthan Heights residential building in Bandra West was purchased by Salman in 2015 for Rs 2.88 crore. After almost 11 years, he has sold this flat for Rs 3.50 crore, making a profit of around Rs 62 lakh. The flat has a carpet area of ​​758 square feet and comes with two car parking facilities. According to this transaction, the price per square feet is around Rs. 46 thousand.

According to the information received, this flat has been jointly purchased by Munira Akbar Ali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akbarali Dandawala and Zahra Mahdiali Dandawala. A stamp duty of Rs 21 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand were paid for this transaction. However, there is no official response from Salman Khan or the buyers regarding this transaction yet.
