How did the film get its name?

According to Kangana, John Abraham gave her this title in a single day without any fee.

Focus on bravery of hospital staff

The entire story of the film takes place inside a hospital. When there was an atmosphere of chaos and fear outside, the hospital staff remained steadfast in their work.
