Manoj Muntashir on CJP Protest: nationwide Lyricist Manoj Muntashir has given a big statement amidst the ongoing controversy regarding NEET paper leak issue. He termed those protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi as traitors. He said that he fully supports the concerns and demands of the students, but will not join the ongoing protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi because he cannot identify with the views of some people present there.
Speaking to Times Now, Muntashir said, “I will never go to Jantar Mantar. Why? I will not go because the people who are currently representing Jantar Mantar, sorry, are not the people with whom I would feel comfortable standing.”he adds, “The youth of this country deserve better than the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’.”
‘NEET paper leak is wrong, accountability should be fixed’
Manoj Muntashir said that if the NEET exam paper has been leaked then it is completely wrong and no defense can be made on this. he adds, “If even a child has lost his life, then the answer is to the bad system,” Emphasizing that if even one student has lost his life due to the controversy, the system will have to answer for it.
Why did Manoj object to the demonstration at Jantar Mantar?
Manoj Muntashir said that his objection is not to the students’ movement, but to those people who, according to him, are sharing the stage by becoming a part of this demonstration.
He alleged that the protests also include people who have previously been accused of raising anti-national slogans or questioning the integrity of India. He claimed that he can never stand with such people and that is why he is refusing to go to Jantar Mantar.

He alleged that those present at the protest included people who had previously raised anti-India slogans or questioned Kashmir’s place in India. He also claimed that some people had made derogatory remarks about Lord Ram. He said, “People are coming who will tear India into pieces. Kashmir is not a part of India…with great responsibility I am calling them traitors.”
