Bharti Singh warns about fake AI images of newborn son Kaju
Indian comedian Bharti Singh said that people were creating and sharing fake, AI- generated photos of her newborn son, Kaju, on social media. She clarified that neither she nor her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa had revealed their baby’s face yet.
Bharti and Harsh welcomed their second boy on December 19. Since then, Bharti had been sharing moments from her delivery and recovery through her vlogs.
In a recent vlog, she said that she had started receiving emails and messages showing edited pictures of Kaju’s face.
She explained that these images were not real and were created using artificial intelligence. She said that whenever they shared pictures of their baby, they covered his face with emojis or cartoon stickers.
In the vlog, Bharti’s niece Diksha also spoke about the issue. She said that people were making edited pictures showing Bharti’s elder son Golla holding a baby, and also using AI to add a face. She added that such pictures were being sent to them through Instagram and email.
Bharti later addressed the matter herself and said, “Kaju ka face humne reveal nahi kiya. Jo bhi AI se pictures bana rahe hain, woh fake hain.” She clearly stated that the real face of her son would only be seen when they decided to reveal it.
Bharti and Harsh announced the birth of their baby on social media and shared their journey on YouTube. The couple got married in 2017 and welcomed their first son, Golla, in 2022.
