Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 marks Kartik Aaryan's sixth effortless hit

Kartik Aaryan is enjoying the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, his most recent release in the box office. Since the Diwali weekend, the horror comedy has been doing well in theaters. Kartik’s movie did quite well at the box office on Monday, earning Rs 17 crore net. On Tuesday, it is anticipated to make Rs 13 crore. Anees Bazmee’s film, despite its conflict with Singham Again, has been Kartik’s sixth clean hit in his more than 13-year career.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 acing the public trust

After five days of release, the horror comedy is expected to make about Rs 130 crore, based on Tuesday's earnings projections. Prior to this, his career's five clean hit films were Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Pati Patni Aur Woh, Luka Chuppi, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which was released in 2022, was a huge hit, earning a lifetime net collection of Rs 181.75 crore in India. Luka Chuppi earned Rs 88.5 crore net, whereas Pati Patni Aur Woh earned Rs 80.5 crore net. Both movies were successful when they were released in 2019. In India, Luv Ranjan’s 2018 blockbuster Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety brought in Rs 100.75 crore. The 2015 movie Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 brought in a total of Rs 60.5 crore over its theatre run.

Kartik is set to star in an upcoming movie directed by Anurag Basu as per a Pinkvilla report.

“Abhi is doing main Basu sir's next film. He has struck me as a very exciting magician maker. Main bahot excited hu us film ko lekar (I will work with Anurag Basu in his next film. I feel he is an exciting magician maker. I am very excited about the film),” Kartik stated in an interview with Pinkvilla.
