Bhoot Bungalow dedicated to late Asrani, Rajpal Yadav said he was the greatest entertainer

New Delhi . Actor Rajpal Yadav is busy these days promoting his upcoming film Bhoot Bungalow. After coming out of jail on interim bail in the check bounce case, he is once again seen active in work and films. During this time, he shared his experience of working with late actor Asrani in the film and called him the greatest entertainer of Indian cinema.

Rajpal Yadav said that he never imagined that he would get a chance to share the screen with a veteran artiste like Asrani. According to him, Asrani was not just an actor, but an artiste who could enliven the atmosphere with his mere presence. Rajpal told that Asrani had an amazing ability to entertain people. Sitting in front of 200 to 250 people, he could make the audience laugh continuously for an hour just with his performance. This was his biggest specialty and because of this he had a distinct identity in the cinema world.

Rajpal Yadav became emotional and said that today Asrani is not among us, but his character in ‘Bhoot Bangla’ and this entire film is dedicated to his memories. He said that when the audience watches this film, they will get a glimpse of Asrani’s brilliant acting. Rajpal also said that he was happy that he got the opportunity to work with Asrani during his lifetime. According to him, this experience will be one of the most memorable moments of his career.

It is noteworthy that veteran actor Asrani died on October 20 last year at the age of 84. He played many memorable characters during his long career in Hindi cinema and especially made his mark in the field of comedy.

Rajpal Yadav also described the experience of working with the film’s director Priyadarshan as very special. Describing Priyadarshan as the magician of comedy, he said that a unique balance of humor and entertainment is seen in his films. In ‘Bhoot Bangla’ too, he has presented a great mix of comedy and horror, which will make the audience laugh and scare at the same time.

According to Rajpal, this film is not limited to just fear and laughter, but it has such entertainment that will keep the audience completely engaged. He expressed hope that the audience will enjoy the film and it will be a true tribute to Asrani.

‘Bhoot Bangla’, directed by Priyadarshan, is a horror-comedy film, in which Akshay Kumar will be seen in the lead role. Many actors including Tabu, Vamika Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani are playing important roles in the film. The teaser of the film has been released recently, which is receiving positive response from the audience. This film is going to be released in theaters on April 10.
