Akshay Kumar’s answer on age gap

Recently, in an interview, Akshay Kumar reacted to the ongoing debate regarding onscreen age gap and said, “So what? Have we never seen this before? This happens in Hollywood too. Sometimes this is the demand of the script. Even in real life, people marry partners who are older or younger than them.”

This statement has come at a time when there has been a debate on social media regarding couples with large age differences in many films.

Akshay praised co-star Vamika

Akshay Kumar also praised his co-star Vamika Gabbi. He told that Vamika is very serious about her work and prepares every scene with full hard work. Along with this, he also mentioned the different working style of Tabu and Vidya Balan.

The film’s director Priyadarshan also expressed his opinion on this issue. He said that there is a difference between real age and screen age. The audience accepts actors on the basis of their character and screen presence and not just on the basis of their age.
