Bhuvneshwar has taken 199 wickets in 191 innings played in IPL at an average of 27.35 and economy of 7.69. If he takes one wicket, he will become the second bowler to take 200 or more wickets in IPL.

So far, only spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has been able to reach this figure, with 224 wickets in 174 innings. Currently, no fast bowler has reached the figure of 200 wickets in IPL.
