IPL 2026: Bhuvneshwar Kumar created history, even Bumrah could not do this big feat

Bhuvneshwar Kumar took his first wicket in the form of Ayush Matre in this match. With the dismissal of Ayush, Bhuvi completed his 200 IPL wickets. With this, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has become the first fast bowler to take 200 wickets in IPL. However, a spin bowler has already achieved this feat and that is Yuzvendra Chahal. Chahal is the bowler who has taken the most wickets in IPL with 224 wickets. While bowling against CSK, Bhuvneshwar took 3 wickets for 41 runs in 4 overs.

RCB’s second consecutive win

In this match, RCB batted aggressively and scored 250 runs. Which included Tim David’s 70 not out, Captain Rajat Patidar’s 48 not out, Devdutt Padikal’s 50, Phil Salt’s 46 and Virat Kohli’s 28 runs.

Whereas CSK team was able to score only 207 runs while chasing the target. For CSK, Sarfaraz Khan played the highest innings of 50 runs in 25 balls. Apart from this, Prashant Veer scored 43 runs and Jamie Overton scored 37 runs in 16 balls. This is CSK’s third consecutive defeat this season.
