Ghaziabad: Now the administration has pasted a notice of bulldozer action on the house of Asad, the main accused in the Surya Pratap Chauhan murder case. On Sunday, in Navneet Vihar of Khoda area, along with the notice issued by the Sub-District Magistrate, an ultimatum was given in the entire area by beating drums and through loudspeakers.

Administration’s strict action against Asad’s house

This action of the administration created a stir in the area. The notice was pasted on the old property registered in the name of the father of the main accused Asad, who was killed in a police encounter. According to Ghaziabad authority, the property is still registered in the father’s name.

The officials gave a clear warning that illegal encroachment and construction would have to be removed within 15 days, otherwise bulldozers would be used. Announcement was made in the locality with loudspeakers and drums. Local people are surprised by this action because there were reports of Asad’s family selling property.

Cabinet minister met the victim’s family

In this painful incident, the UP government seems to be standing completely with the victim’s family. Cabinet Minister Sunil Kumar Sharma reached the house of deceased Surya and consoled the family. The minister assured the family of security, financial assistance and justice in the entire matter.

He bluntly said that criminals will not be spared under any circumstances. Strict action will be taken immediately against anyone threatening or harassing the family.

Demand for action against the accused

On May 28, 17-year-old Surya Pratap Chauhan was brutally stabbed to death in Navneet Vihar area. After the encounter of the main accused Asad, Surya’s mother and sister welcomed this bulldozer action of the administration. The family says that this murder was a conspiracy in which many people were involved.

He has demanded that all the other accused should also be arrested soon and their properties should also be bulldozed so that the criminals can be taught the right lesson.
