Big announcement related to India-Zimbabwe T20 series, ‘InsuranceDekho’ becomes on-air broadcast sponsor; Sourav Ganguly will be the brand ambassador

New Delhi: A big business announcement has been made before India’s tour of Zimbabwe. InsuranceDekho has been named the official on-air broadcast sponsor for the India-Zimbabwe T20 International series starting on Thursday. At the same time, former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly will play the role of ambassador of this brand.

Three T20 international matches will be played on this tour between India and Zimbabwe. Apart from this, insurtech platform InsuranceDekho will also be the on-ground title sponsor for the two-Test series between India and Sri Lanka in August. The official name of this test series will be ‘InsuranceDekho Cup’.

On this occasion, Sourav Ganguly said that as a captain, he has learned that when the players have the confidence that someone is standing with them, then only they play with complete fearlessness. He said that InsuranceDekho extends the same trust to its advisors and customers and is now associating with Team India as well. He expressed happiness over this partnership with the message “India, play freely”.

The Indian team will first play a three-match T20 International series in Zimbabwe. After this, the team will take part in a two-Test series on the Sri Lanka tour starting from August 15.
