Big attack in Iran-Israel war: America-Israel blew up Iran’s B1 bridge, alarm bells in Baghdad too

The war that has been going on between Iran and Israel for more than a month now seems to be taking a more dangerous turn. There are continuous attacks from both sides, but on Thursday America and Israel together launched a major attack on Iran. In this attack, B1 bridge located in Karaj was targeted, causing huge damage in the area and even power loss at many places.

B1 bridge was the biggest infrastructure project of Middle East

It is being told that the B1 bridge which was targeted was one of the highest bridges in the Middle East. This bridge, being built in Karaj in Alborz province of Iran, was about 1050 meters long and about 400 million dollars was spent in its construction. This project was almost completed, but a large part of it was damaged in the attack.

Iranian media shared pictures of the devastation

After the attack, Iranian media posted this information on social media. In the pictures released by Press TV, a large part of the bridge is seen collapsing. Iran has blamed America and Israel, calling it an attack on its engineering achievements.

Danger increased in Baghdad, America issued warning

Here, the impact of this war now seems to be reaching Iraq. America has advised its citizens living in Baghdad to leave the country immediately. The US Embassy has warned that major attacks could occur in the capital in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Pro-Iran groups may attack

According to America, pro-Iran armed groups operating in Iraq may target the central areas of Baghdad. The embassy has also said that attacks are being planned by these militia groups, which may worsen the situation.
